Our Story

It started with an ordinary evening.

I’d finished a full day of work and headed into the kitchen to make dinner.

I opened the cupboard for one thing. And somehow, finding that one thing became a whole thing.

Moving things around. Taking things out to reach what was behind them. Realizing I’d bought something I already owned because I hadn’t been able to see it.

None of it was a big problem.

But that was almost the point.

It was one more small frustration at the end of a day already full of things that needed my attention. And somewhere between searching, reaching and rearranging, something as ordinary as making dinner had become more frustrating than it needed to be.

That moment stayed with me.

I started noticing how many little things around our homes are like that. Not big enough to fix urgently. Just inconvenient enough that we work around them every day.

Homewards grew from wanting to make those moments easier.

I look for simple, thoughtful solutions to the everyday frustrations that quietly take up our time, energy and headspace - so the spaces around us can work a little better for the lives happening inside them.

This isn’t about having a perfectly organized home.

Mine certainly isn’t.

It’s about fewer little frustrations. Easier everyday moments. And that small feeling of relief when something simply works the way you need it to.

A little less friction. A little more ease.

Welcome to Homewards. ♡
